This year we celebrate our 30th Year in July as a Vauxhall Dealer and our 90th year as a
trading family business, so we have something to live up to as you can well imagine!
Twells are a fourth generation Family Business
that has expanded over the years through the policy of two-way trust and a highly personalised service to its loyal customer base.
This long term policy has culminated in us having been voted Vauxhall
UK No 1 for Overall Customer Satisfaction for seven years in the last ten which has never ever been achieved previously by any other dealer or dealer group!
Twells has also won many other awards from Vauxhall
over the last 29 years including GM Master Dealer status and Best of the
Best Dealers (for 8 out 9 years when they were running).
Our Service Dept has won Lex Northern Dealer of the Year Award (UK only divided into two) twice in the last 4yrs years for our continually expanding MoD contracts for most of the armed forces stations around our county and some now even further. This is something of which we are immensely proud. |
