| Twells are now a fourth generation 79 years-old Family Business
that has expanded over the years through the policy of trust with the deal and a highly personalised service to its loyal customers.
This has culminated in us having been voted Vauxhall
UK No 1 for Overall Customer Satisfaction for six consecutive years (2000-2005) Coming 3rd in Sales (PSS) and 4th in After Sales (SSS) in 2006. We have now been voted UK No I again in Sales and Top Ten in After Sales for 2007 and are still hoping that this will pull us back to Overall Vauxhall Uk No 1 after official confirmation!
Twells has also won many other awards from Vauxhall
over the last 28 years including GM Master Dealer status and Best of the
Best Dealers (for 8 out 9 years when they were running).
Our Service Dept has won Lex Northern Dealer of the Year Award (UK divided into two) twice in the last 3yrs years for our continually expanding MoD contracts for most of the RAF and Army stations around our county. This is something of which we are immensely proud. |
